1. Order Process and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. API Usage and License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the VetoAPI strictly in accordance with our documentation. You agree not to abuse the API, reverse-engineer our service, or use it for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your API access if we detect abusive traffic or violation of these terms.

3. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our service. If you are not happy with VetoAPI, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

To request a refund, please contact us at hi@vetoapi.com with your Paddle order receipt. Once processed, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

4. Limitation of Liability

VetoAPI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall VetoAPI be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our API.
