1. Order Process and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. API Usage and License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the VetoAPI strictly in accordance with our documentation. You agree not to abuse the API, reverse-engineer our service, or use it for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your API access if we detect abusive traffic or violation of these terms.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital API products and server costs, all sales are generally final.

• Subscriptions: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for initial subscription purchases if you have not consumed a significant portion of your API quota.
• Pay-as-you-go / Credits: Purchased API credits are non-refundable once they have been used or partially consumed.

For refund requests, please contact hi@vetoapi.com with your Paddle order receipt.

4. Limitation of Liability

VetoAPI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall VetoAPI be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our API.
